Usage Limit: To be eligible for a full refund, you must have accessed fewer than 7 daily contents. This ensures the fairness of our service as a digital content provider while giving you enough time to experience our curriculum.
2. Digital Content & Commencement of Service
By purchasing a lesson, you expressly consent to the immediate delivery of digital content via WhatsApp.

Performance of Service: Our product is a unified educational service. The performance of the service is considered to have commenced immediately upon the delivery of the first daily content or the granting of AI Tutor access.

For EU/UK Users: According to the EU Consumer Rights Directive, the standard 14-day right of withdrawal for digital services expires once the performance begins with your prior express consent. By agreeing to these terms, you acknowledge that you waive your 14-day withdrawal right in exchange for our voluntary 7-day money-back guarantee.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

4. Partial Refunds and Service Disruption

Provider-Initiated: In the unlikely event that Daycovery is permanently unable to provide the Services due to our internal technical failures or business discontinuation, we will issue a pro-rated refund for the remaining unused portion of your lesson.

Exclusions: Pro-rated refunds do not apply to temporary maintenance, scheduled downtime, or service disruptions caused by third-party platforms (e.g., WhatsApp/Meta outages, network issues).
