Daycovery provides educational services based on K-Dramas and music. Daycovery does not own the intellectual property rights to the original drama clips, soundtracks, or related artistic works used as educational materials. Our use of such materials is for educational purposes only, and no endorsement by or affiliation with the original creators is implied.

SECTION 6 - OPTIONAL TOOLS AND AI TUTOR

We provide access to third-party tools and an AI Tutor “as is” without any warranties. 

  • AI Disclaimer: The AI Tutor provides educational assistance based on generative algorithms. While we strive for accuracy, Daycovery does not warrant that AI-generated responses are 100% accurate, complete, or error-free. Users should use AI-generated content as a supportive learning tool and not as a definitive source of truth.

SECTION 7 - COLLECTION OF CONVERSATION DATA AND PURPOSE

  • The User agrees that text, voice, and other data voluntarily input during the interaction (hereinafter referred to as "Conversation Data") may be collected and stored by the Company.
  • The Company may utilize the collected Conversation Data for service improvement, context-aware AI Tutor, and building a personalized learning environment.

SECTION 8 - THIRD-PARTY LINKS

We are not responsible for examining or evaluating the content or accuracy of any third-party materials or websites linked within the Services. Use them at your own risk.

SECTION 9 - RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY

Daycovery is powered by Shopify. You acknowledge that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of sales between you and Daycovery. You hereby release Shopify from all liabilities arising from your transactions with Daycovery.

You may not use the Services for any unlawful purpose, to infringe upon intellectual property rights, or to transmit malicious code. We reserve the right to terminate your access for any prohibited use.
